CiteVitals ("we") built this app to monitor your domain's citations across AI search engines. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using CiteVitals, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, used for authentication and notifications.
• Tracked domains & questions: the domains and prompts you ask us to monitor.
• Citation snapshots: results of AI engine scans, stored to build your reports and trends.
• Subscription data: plan and billing status managed by Base44 Payments.

How we use your data

We use your data to run citation scans, generate AEO scores and reports, send weekly email digests and drop alerts, and operate your subscription. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain your citation snapshots for the life of your account so you can view historical trends. When you delete your account, your tracked domains, questions, and snapshots are removed.
