Acceptance of terms

By creating a CiteVitals account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Agency plan owners are responsible for the teammates they invite.

Acceptable use

• Use CiteVitals only to monitor domains you own or are authorized to track.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the scanning service.
• Do not resell or redistribute citation data extracted from the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Base44 Payments on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

Citation results are simulated based on AI engine behavior and may vary from live engine output. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect citation accuracy.
